Welcome to The Faux Floral Studio. We proudly supply dried, preserved and artificial flower styling services and products for weddings, events, and seasonal and home décor. The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we work and what you can expect from us. By placing an order or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing any order through our website, social media, phone or email, or by booking one of our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you have any questions, please get in touch- we’re happy to help.

3. Changes to Terms

From time to time, we may update these Terms to improve our services or reflect legal requirements. We’ll post any changes on our website. Continuing to use our services means you accept the updated Terms.

4. Products and Descriptions

The Faux Floral Studio provides dried/preserved and artificial flowers for weddings and events, gifting, home styling and seasonal décor. Our items are handcrafted and bespoke for each client, meaning your piece is unique. Whilst we take great care to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate, variations in colour, texture and design are part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects. We cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the colours of our products.

For larger wall or installation pieces, if we’re making or supplying the product to measurements you provide, you’re responsible for making sure those measurements are correct.

We also provide the hire of décor pieces for weddings and events – Delivery, setup, and collection is provided within a set radius; fuel charges will apply outside this area.

5. Booking, Deposits, and Payments

Ordering

We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products that appear on our website, or which are otherwise provided to you, are correct at that time. Any increase in prices which occur after a paid booking fee or final payment will not affect your total agreed amount.

For all shop orders purchased through The Faux Floral website, immediate payment in full will be required through……. Our products are made to order and contact will be made in receipt of your payment to confirm your order and to advise of our current lead times. Please allow 24 hours to receive this email.

For custom-made items, please ensure that all specifications provided are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for errors in details provided by the customer. Any request for a variance in design from what is featured on the website, will need to be put in writing to; hello@thefauxfloralstudio.co.uk as this may incur additional charges to cover the cost of materials, please reach out before purchase to discuss.

We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including but not limited to: issues with stock, inability to fulfil design specifications, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and may include applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated separately.

For tailor made items, or where orders vary from those shown on the website such as wedding flowers or a bespoke installation, a guide price will be given on our standard price list, a final quote will be provided following consultation.

Booking Deposits

For all larger and personalised installations, seasonal décor and wedding/event enquiries, a non-refundable 25% payment of the total amount will need to be paid following consultation to secure your booking date. The remaining 75% will be paid one month before the date of installation/event. This information will be laid out within your invoice.

Non or late payment of the final 75% without contact or warning, may result in your booking being cancelled and without refund of your booking deposit. If you are experiencing difficulty paying, please reach out to discuss, we are happy to help.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

In the event of needing to reschedule your installation or event date, The Faux Floral Studio require a minimum of a week’s notice to re-schedule your booking. Payment already received will be transferable to the new date, or non-refundable in the event of a full cancellation by the client.

In the unlikely event of a business-initiated postponement, The Faux Floral Studio will notify you (the client) as soon as possible to offer alternative installation dates, or if a new agreement cannot be reached, a full refund of the amount paid.

In the unlikely event of force majeure, leading to us (The Faux Floral Studio) being unable or delayed in fulfilling our obligations, we will notify you as soon as is reasonably feasible and take all reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.

9. Delivery, Setup, and Collection

  • We offer delivery, setup, and collection within a set radius. Additional fuel charges may apply beyond this area.
  • Please ensure we have access to the venue at the agreed time.
  • Hired items must be returned in good condition. Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
  • Replacement costs will be based on the full value of the item.

10. Your Responsibilities.

To help everything run smoothly, please: – Provide accurate details when booking – Follow any care instructions for hired items – Communicate any changes as early as possible.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, text, and branding belong to The Faux Floral Studio. Please don’t copy or use them without our written permission.

12. Warranties and Disclaimers

We take pride in our work and aim to deliver high-quality products and services. Please note: – Artificial flowers may vary slightly due to supplier availability. – We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (such as supplier stock, extreme weather or venue issues).

13. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • All installations/wall art pieces/florals made with pampas/dried/persevered florals will require a fire safety waiver to be completed by you, the client. The Faux Floral Studio cannot accept any liability for damage caused by fire involving an installation/art piece.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service

14. Dispute Resolution

If any concerns arise, please contact us first—we are committed to finding a fair and friendly solution.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes which cannot be resolved fairly and amicably will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If a court invalidates some of this contract, the rest of it will still apply. If a court or other authority decides that some of these terms are unlawful, the rest will continue to apply.

16. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our separate Cookies and Privacy Policies on our website.

17. Other Important Information

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
  • Assignment: We may transfer our rights under these Terms. You cannot transfer yours without our consent.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms form the full agreement between us and you.
