Welcome to The Faux Floral Studio! We endeavour to provide a reliable and seamless shipping experience for all our customers.

Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and responsibilities.

1.Shipping Locations

We are based in the UK and ship to domestic and commercial property within the United Kingdom. We cannot currently ship internationally, to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or The Scottish Isles.

2. Processing Time

For standard orders placed through our website, please allow 48 hours to receive your order confirmation email, this is to allow us to check current stock levels and supplier lead times. Your confirmation email will confirm our current turnaround times as most items are made to order, however we aim to have orders made and shipped within 14 days.

For any variances in size or design to that featured on the website shop, please send an email first before purchase to; hello@thefauxfloralstudio.co.uk to discuss your requirements, as this will incur additional charges to cover the cost of materials and labour. A separate invoice will be issued for payment.

Please ensure that all specifications provided are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for errors in details provided by the customer.  

Custom or bespoke items may require additional time to commission. This will be communicated at the time of order.

2.1 Holidays and Delays

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your delivery location and parcel size. We reserve the right to use whichever postal service or courier we feel will provide the best service.

4. Proof of Postage

Proof of postage or tracking information will be provided upon shipment. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is accurate to receive updates.

5. Delivery Address

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address and any delivery instructions are correct.

Products sent to business addresses and other organisations will be delivered to a main reception or collection point. The courier will attempt to obtain a signature at the time of delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect from a local depot, or refusal to pay customs fees, we can:

• Resend the parcel (additional shipping fees will apply), or

• Issue a refund for the item cost (excluding shipping fees).

6. Estimated Delivery Times

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to postal or courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Delayed Parcels

Delays caused by couriers or customs are outside of our control. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

8. Lost Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at; hello@thefauxfloralstudio.co.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

9. Damaged Goods

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds policy.

10. Hired Items

Currently, due to other working commitments, our radius for Hired item delivery and installation is 40 miles from Milton Keynes, unless otherwise agreed. For further information, please see our Hired items agreement.
